Darlington Aesthetics Ltd will, by all means, try and transfer appointments to the client's rescheduled date, however, if this date is already taken by another client then no refund is due as this is no fault of Darlington Aesthetics Ltd.
All down payments, deposits, and balances received are non-refundable. All cancellations are non-refundable. All treatment deposits and balances are non-transferable with any other service.
A down payment is taken to confirm the booking, only upon receipt of the deposit the booking is confirmed.

Health & Hygiene has been always been key to me, however, since COVID-19, extra precautions have to be taken.
I have to ensure that my client's wellbeing and my own wellbeing are protected on every visit, for all treatments that I do.
Close contact is inevitable at the point of any aesthetic treatment and therefore it will be impossible to adhere to the social distancing guidelines.
Please be aware if you feel unwell or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 you should not attend your appointment and should self-isolate for the given time expected and given by the Government.
I will try my best to reschedule for a later date.
Please note I have completed a Barbicide Hygiene Course covering COVID-19

Things I will be doing at my beauty room
Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in the form of a visor and a mask.
My hair will be tied back.
Hands will be sanitised by myself and the client before undertaking any treatments
Sanitiser will be available.
Social distancing will be adhered to wherever possible and only 1 person is allowed in the beauty room at any given time. If for some reason a second person needs to be with the client, then all social distancing guidelines must be adhered too and the second person must stay seated on the waiting chair.
All consultations and patch tests will take place in my beauty room.
My beauty room will be fully cleaned prior to any appointment.
Each client always has and always will have a brand new syringe used on them
All other appliances will be cleaned and sanitised before every appointment.
All clients will be directed to my booking app or printouts in order to agree with Terms and conditions, Privacy Policies, Payment Policies, Risk Assessment, COVID-19 conditions, and any other subjects.
All clients will have to read and sign booking forms and literature of all guidance and terms on my booking app or printouts.

Payment Policies & Deposits
All deposits paid to Darlington Aesthetics Ltd are non-refundable. All deposits are non-transferable to any other services. All required payments must be cleared before any services commence. This includes all relevant deposits and the rest of the payment as and when requested. Failure to meet the required payments will result in the services being halted until the issue is resolved. In the case of a client failing to attend a session already booked in for any reason (for example, illness, change of mind, pregnancy, relocation, or any other reason) NO refund will be released. Other than the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by Darlington Aesthetics Ltd, entitlement to a service at a later date can be made. The deposit is payable at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance should be paid in full 4 weeks before the service start date. Any fees paid for Darlington Aesthetics Ltd or any other service and including all deposits and balances are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the subject contents, fee with any prior notice. Full payment will be taken 4 weeks before the day of services provided as discussed via phone, in-person, or electronically. Payments are non-refundable and can be made in advance.
£50.00 deposit will be taken at the initial consultation to secure your date for the treatment.

Please note that if you the customer fail to attend a booked appointment for the FREE top-up, a charge of £50 will need to be paid before the re-scheduled appointment is booked. This also applies to any missed appointments that are chargeable top-ups ranging from £50 - £150 top-ups
